How the estimate works
What changes the price
- Home type and rooms. Bathrooms take the longest per room, so they add more than bedrooms.
- How often. Weekly visits are 10% less per visit than fortnightly. A one-off deep clean takes about half as long again and costs 40% more.
- Extras. Oven, inside windows, fridge and balcony are priced separately so you only pay for what you need.
- Time on site. Longer cleans are done by a team of two, so we are in and out sooner.
