Three things we never skip
Consistent
Regular customers get the same cleaner or pair, on the same day, in the same arrival window. Holidays and sick days are covered by someone who has already been briefed on your home.
Kind to the planet
Plant-based sprays in refillable bottles, microfibre cloths washed and reused for months, and a fragrance-free kit for anyone with asthma or sensitive skin.

The details you should ask any cleaner for
Before you hand over a key, you should know who is coming and what happens if something goes wrong. On a real site, each of these is filled in with the business’s own details.

- Cleaners are employed staff, not subcontractors, so they are briefed and supervised by us.
Fair policies
Simple rules, written down
- Changes and cancellations: free with notice by midday the working day before.
- Missed items: tell us within 48 hours (72 hours for end-of-lease) and we come back.
- Breakages: we tell you the same day and make it right.
- Payment: by card or bank transfer after the clean, with a tax invoice by email.
