Two ways to book
The everyday reset: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds. Weekly visits are 10% cheaper per visit than fortnightly, because there is less build-up each time. Most families with kids or pets choose weekly; most couples and sharehouses choose fortnightly.

The price depends on your home type, bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come. These are sample “from” figures in Australian dollars, including GST. The instant estimate works out the figure for your home.
Canberra homes
Winter means closed windows, heaters running and condensation on glass. We wipe window sills and tracks where water collects and treat early mould spots in bathrooms before they spread.
Spring brings pollen and windy days that push fine dust under doors. If anyone in the house has hay fever, ask for extra attention to skirting boards, sills and soft furnishings, and our HEPA-filter vacuum.
Summer is for the jobs that are easier with the doors open: balconies, outdoor furniture and a proper go at the barbecue area.
Pets and allergies: tell us about dogs, cats and sensitivities when you book. We can use a fragrance-free kit and vacuum pet hair from couches and rugs.
Questions
It depends on the size of your home and how often we come. A two-bedroom apartment cleaned fortnightly usually takes one cleaner about two hours; a four-bedroom house often takes a team of two a little over two hours. The estimator shows the time for your home as you choose.
If your home has not been cleaned professionally for a while, the first visit is booked as a one-off deep clean so we can reach the build-up behind taps, along skirting boards and in shower corners. After that, regular visits keep it at that level in less time.
Yes. Text or call by midday the working day before and we move or skip the visit at no charge. Weekly and fortnightly rates stay the same while you keep at least one visit a month.
